  JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Information This position supports execution ofnew hires and terms for production. This role will evaluate bestpractices, understand gaps and opportunities, and recommend solutions tocentralize hiring/term process. This position may be located at any ofthe following Doosan Bobcat locations: Minnesota: Litchfield, Rogers;North Carolina: Statesville; North Dakota: Bismarck, Gwinner, Wahpeton,West Fargo; Wisconsin:Johnson Creek Role & Responsibility BusinessProcess & Analytics Interview each location on Pre-Hire, Post-Hire andRecruiting Tasks Document current process relating to new hires andterms Determining areas of Standardization Identify efficiencies.Creating and maintaining a SOP process for new hires/terms Trackprogress and adjust tactics as necessary. Job Requirement EducationRequired: Business Administration - Associate degree or equivalentexperience Experience: 0\>2 years Travel required: \< 10% High level ofconfidentiality SAP-HRIS experience preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excelskills helpful Excellent verbal and written communication Must be ableto work well with both internal and external personnel. Excellentorganizational skills and ability to work independently.
