Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry, located in DUBLIN, Ohio. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing incoming requests, overseeing security badge management, and providing basic troubleshooting for various systems.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management and prioritization of incoming requests via a ticketing tool to ensure prompt responses and resolutions.
• Conduct basic Active Directory tasks such as updating account information, changing passwords, assigning users to the appropriate organizational units, and managing group memberships.
• Manage security badge administration through access control platforms, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
• Provide essential troubleshooting for phone systems to maintain uninterrupted communication.
• Resolve basic issues relating to communication platforms for end users.
• Troubleshoot conference room equipment and provide necessary end-user training to facilitate smooth meeting experiences.
• Assist with VPN troubleshooting and perform installation/setup of VPN software for users when necessary.
• Undertake additional job duties as assigned by the team lead.
• Utilize knowledge of Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments in daily tasks. Requirements • Proficient in Android Development, ideally with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.
• Demonstrable expertise in Cisco Technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot and rectify issues swiftly.
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies and ability to leverage its functionalities for efficient workflow management.
• Experience with Mac Computers and Apple Devices, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to Office Suite, SharePoint, and Azure.
• Practical experience in Active Directory, with the ability to manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain various hardware components.
• Understanding of Configuration Management, with the ability to maintain the integrity of a system or network, updating as necessary.
• Experience in Deployments, with a focus on planning, scheduling, and controlling the movement and delivery of IT resources. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
