The Healing Arts Desk Supervisor and trainer is a member of the HealingArts management team and is responsible for the front-end interfaceconnecting guests to the Healing Arts Department. The Healing Arts DeskSupervisor trains and supervises the Advisor Team for the Healing ArtsReception Area as well as trains Guest Services and Shop associates.They are responsible for leading the team to achieve high levels ofcustomer satisfaction as well as support the operations of Healing Arts.The HA Desk Supervisor is responsible for follow-up with all bookingagents in Registrations and Front Desk to ensure guests experiencethrough effective booking techniques with exceptional customer serviceand adherence to departmental guidelines.
