The Logistics Finance Analyst will provide financial partnering support to Logistics & Above Site Supply Chain Organization.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following.
Transportation:
Lead the development of transportation forecast in collaboration with domestic & international transportation lead, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational needs.
Repackaging Operations:
Review repackaging operations to identify key drivers of Purchase Price variances, and propose actionable solutions.
Develop monthly, quarterly, & annual forecast for repackaging spend.
Review continuous improvement initiatives led by suppliers and validate savings calculations.
Supply Chain Operations:
Support Customer Supply Chain team by analyzing and forecasting penalties at customer level.
Operational Expenditure Management:
Partner with Site Warehouse Leads to manage OPEX spend across 3 distributions centers and 2 packaging centers, ensuring efficient budget allocation and cost management.
Support development and monitoring of operational KPI's to drive financial results.
Inventory Management:
Provide comprehensive financial analytics to support finished goods inventory management.
Financial Reporting:
On monthly, quarterly, & annual basis provide financial management reporting to key business partners and finance leadership teams.
Perform variance analysis and provide commentary against Forecast, Budget, & Prior Year.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
3+ years of proven experience in a finance partnering role within CPG, Healthcare, or other manufacturing based industry
Experience conducting financial analysis, forecasting, and management reporting
Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
CPA or Master's degree in Finance.
Broad understanding of logistics and/or supply chain in Consumer Goods Packaging (CPG), Pharmaceuticals, or Consumer Healthcare industry
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Experience working with SAP or PowerBI
