Leading standard quality activities in the market, including customer quality, quality rules, business solutions and controlling and qualification labs.
Taking the role as quality manager, consultant and partner to local management. Being responsible for the development and implementation of local quality strategy and the respective policies and practices in line with the business goals and strategy of Quality Management regulations at Continental. Setting the framework for Quality Management in the market and ensuring overall quality performance. Leading CBS activities and quality culture development in the market. Being responsible for any local customer concern (development quality, safe launch quality, field quality) and aligning customer quality strategy with internal standards.
• Define strategic projects to support quality strategy in the market and monitor the progress
• Support Continental market and Continental Automotive Quality strategy and strategic projects
• Represent quality function in market board
• Align customer quality strategy with internal standards
• Ensure planning and execution of cost performance to agreed budget and tasks

Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Quality Management or similar
• minimum 15 years' experience in automotive industry including at least 5 years' experience in quality, additional experience from product development and operations preferred
• Good knowledge of quality systems/tools.
• At least 10 years' experience in leadership position
• 10 years of experience in a global company, international working experience preferred
