　　About The Team

　　Talent Acquisition Center-Global was established in 2020, and aims at providing recruitment solutions & deliveries across the world for different business units at TikTok outside China sustainably. Our mission is boost efficiency, enhance globalization and pursue sustainable development.

　　We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2023. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.

　　Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.

　　Responsibilities:

　　-Cooperate with the talent acquisition team to understand hiring requirements and team goals by applying creativity and innovation to support the fast-paced TA team globally.

　　- Follow end-to-end hiring process, including but not limited to sourcing, recruiter phone screening, interview scheduling, etc.

　　-Collect valid data and analyze hiring funnels to ensure recruiting health and help with hiring efficiency improvements.

　　-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to better support global recruiting excellence.

　　-Ensuring a great candidate experience and advocating TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates.

　　-Support on other recruitment issues if necessary.

　　Qualifications

　　-Undergraduate or master students who are interested in talent acquisition work.

　　-Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization internally, as well as externally.

　　-Keen attention to detail and passionate about providing a great experience for all our candidates.

　　-Entrepreneurial and creative problem solving ability - you will have lots of support but often have to figure out the solution yourself.

　　-Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.

　　-Able to commit to a full-time 3-month internship at least.
