Job Overview
This role will the leader of the FSC Reporting Center that is responsible for providing meaningful information within the Financial Solution Center (FSC) structure through designing, creating, implementing, reporting, and sustaining overall reporting and analytics programs. This role will work closely with different levels of FSC management and implement initiatives across the three regions. This role will be based in Krakow, Poland and will report directly to PRIMA Leader based in Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
• Set and implement the Reporting Center strategy considering the requirements from FSC stakeholders
• Lead reporting team to design and develop the technical requirements of the Process Mining tool (Celonis) based on the approved Use Case/s business process requirements from the FSC operations, aligned with the Celonis project pipeline
• Develop and execute the Celonis project pipeline based on alignment of priorities and significance of potential benefits together with the Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Project Manager
• Analyze the current capabilities/data trends of Celonis and Controlling Metrics Dashboard and suggest opportunities to improve processes to the GPOs
• Coordinate with Celonis and Process& for technical matters, trainings, and consulting services/budget. Provide regular trainings and latest trends on process mining/data analytics to FSC Operations as needed
• Monitor the usage of licenses and data storage and implement ways to fully maximize them before recommending for upgrade
• Manage Controlling Dashboard and review the metrics generated by Reporting Center to ensure it is accurate before release. Regularly review the applicability/relevance of the metrics based on the trends and initiate the discussion with the GPOs
• Lead Reporting Centre team in continuously improving the metrics, reporting, advanced and predictive analytics in Celonis and other BI tools. Ensure there is proper documentation in each tool developed (Technical and Business Requirements Documentation) and appropriate sign off is obtained from Project Leader and Project Sponsor
• Provide necessary information needed by E2E to better manage the day-to-day operation and make decisions. Work with the Technology Team in determining the appropriate tool to support the needs of the E2Es. Work with Project Manager to celebrate success of use cases
• Identify ways to promote and use the process mining tool within the FSC and other functions that can eventually lead to expanding the scope of the Reporting Center and increasing the knowledge / skills of the team member
• Have a regular catch up with internal stakeholders like Site Leaders, GPO and E2E managers to understand the requirements for data and revisit the Reporting Center Strategy as needed
• Build strong relationships with our customers by winning their trust through technical, data mining expertise and be able to act as a trusted advisor
• Oversee the projects led by Reporting Team and communicate for the plan, status, risk etc.
What your background should look like:
• 5-6 years of relevant experience in an analytical / reporting / data analysis area
• Completed degree in higher education (preferably Information Technology / Finance / Accounting / Business Administration)
• Good knowledge and practical experience of Celonis and Tableau
• Advance knowledge of MS Office Tools (especially Excel, Power Point, Access)
• Good knowledge of SQL and experience in web design (HTML, JS) would be an asset
• Proven experience with automation / technologies implementation or other improvements
• Very good analytical skills and attention to details
• Understands Operations Metrics and Quality parameters
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Ability to balance multiple and shift to different priorities as needed
• Proactive and solution focused attitude with innovative approach
• Experience in working with different global cultures would be an asset
