　　The Aerospace and Defense (A&D) business unit of TE Connectivity, has an opportunity for a Graduate Product Manager in the Engineered Polymer Solutions (EPS) product team, the successful candidate will be based in TE’s Swindon facility and will be predominantly office-based

　　TE Connectivity's Product Management Teams manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing. They are responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets.

　　Brand new graduate opportunity: The Aerospace and Defense (A&D) unit at TE Connectivity presents an exciting graduate opportunity for a Product Manager I within the Engineered Polymer Solutions (EPS) team, based in Swindon. This role is primarily office-based.

　　Role and responsibilities

　　Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking

　　Provide product forecasts for Operations/Manufacturing and influence capacity planning

　　Implement market strategies with trade, marketing, and channel partnerships

　　Assist senior management and operations in developing new products to meet customer needs

　　Manage product launches and exits

　　Prepare launch documents

　　Support pricing and portfolio management

　　Train sales teams and develop collateral materials

　　Monitor progress against the business plan and address gaps

　　Contribute to demand forecast for S&OP

　　What your background should look like:

　　Preferably familiar with Military & Commercial Air product markets

　　Strong customer communication and influencing skills

　　Success in a global, matrixed environment

　　Proficiency in analytics, planning, forecasting, and budgeting

　　Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

　　Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

　　Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred; or 1-2 years' experience in Aerospace and/or Defense industries

　　Travel: 10% to 25%
