　　The Boeing Supplier Management Strategic Initiative team is seeking an Experienced Contracts Procurement Agent to join the team in Dallas, TX. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Service's Commodity Supply Chain via the Global Parts Solutions team.

　　This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future .

　　Position Responsibilities

　　Duties will include (but are not limited to):

　　Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance

　　Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions

　　Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements

　　Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions

　　Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues

　　Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities

　　Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies

　　The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

　　Basic Qualifications ( Required Skills / Experience ):

　　5 + years of experience in Procurement and Contract Management processes.

　　5 + years of experience working in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines.

　　Able to travel 10% of the time.

　　Preferred Qualifications ( Desired Skills / Experience ):

　　Bachelor’s degree or higher

　　Experience with Boeing Procurement and Contract Management processes.

　　Experience in strategic decision making

　　Experience in a self-directed role.

　　Communication skills and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role.

　　Typical Education & Experience :

　　Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

　　Relocation :

　　Summary pay range: $102,000 - $138,000
