JOB DESCRIPTION

　　Responsibilities:

　　Operate all manufacturing equipment safely and efficientlyDemonstrate ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required timeMaintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned spaceResponsible for safety and quality throughout the production process, including following all safety procedures and performing manual and visual quality inspection of products as assignedResponsible for cleaning equipment and area before, during, and after shiftMay be responsible for sorting product as needed to ensure quality shipmentsAssist in changeovers when neededIs responsible for cross-training across multiple operations such as presses, palletizers, seamers and/or slittersResponsible for working directly with team members to meet all safety, quality and productivity goalsPerforms other duties as required by Supervisor or ManagerRequirements:

　　Must be able to work 6:00pm - 6:00am (3 nights one week, 4 nights the next week)High School diploma or equivalentExperience in a fast-paced, Manufacturing EnvironmentMust have the willingness and ability to effectively communicate with peers, supervisors and other levels of the organization to create a positive, team-oriented environmentAbility to read and write in EnglishBasic Math skills such as addition, subtraction and taking measurementsMust be willing to work evening or night shift and weekends as needed based on business needABOUT US
