Job Description

　　Insight Global is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a DoD client at the Pentagon. This is a high visibility office supporting a series of cross-agency partners concerned with PNT (Positioning, Navigation, Timing). The entire PNT enterprise runs through our office, which reports into an SES customer directly under the Secretary of Defense. This individual will be providing direct support to a GS-15 level customer and helping to support other daily office activities as necessary. They will be responsible for meeting coordination, security coordination, records management, travel management, correspondence, and other duties as assigned.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　-Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience (10+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree)

　　-Experience providing direct support to GS-15 or higher level executives

　　-Experience working in a DOD office

　　-Experience managing calendars, booking travel, or managing distribution lists -DTS experience

　　-CATMS experience

　　Experience writing briefs or whitepapers null
