Job Description
A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for Application Support Engineers to join their team. This resource will need to be open, and able, to take on 80% troubleshooting, support, ticket pulling and resolution in both the frontend and back end. The remaining 20% of this position will be green field work around tooling. This person will need to be open to jumping into a support heavy environment, working within an ever-changing environment, and be flexible to new changes within the company and technologies.
Skills and Requirements
-Knowledge/hands on exposure to full stack development (able to identify application issues on both front-end and backend)
-.Net/C# experience
-Experience with logging, tracing, monitoring
-Experience/able to look at materialized views, stored procedures, API layers in C#
Local to Nashville, TN and open to going onsite 4 days a week.-Able to provide on-call support
-Eager to learn, gain hands on experience and grow within a company long-term - working with logs, feeling out patterns (data dog, honeycomb, etc.) null
