Job Description
nsight Global is looking for a Client Service Advisor to join one of the big 5 banks in downtown Toronto. This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of 2 days per week in the downtown Toronto office. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering a general mailbox and phone line that internal and external clients send requests to and assisting these requests by then delegating them to other teams.
The successful candidate with also be responsible for addressing these inquiries by creating cases, generating professional correspondence, identifying transactions, creating tickets, and following up on the status of existing tickets to successfully resolve these inquiries. The candidate will primarily use MS Outlook and ServiceNow ticketing system
Skills and Requirements
1-3 years of relevant customer service experience
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (e-mail and calls)
Banking experience is a must
Strong organizational skills
Professionalism and customer etiquette via e-mail and phone
Works collaboratively with team members null
