  About the team

The Enterprise Strategy team’s mission is to help executives and leaders understand how cloud can change the way they deliver value to their customers, while helping influence large teams of people through the associated organisational and technological changes. Our goal is to help organisations become more agile and more customer-centric by sharing personal lessons learned, insights from the 1,600 customers a year we engage with, and by being thought partners to technology and non-technology executives. The team comprises of former CIOS, CTOs, CFOs, and CISOs from large commercial and public sector organisations. They are all former customers of AWS and have themselves led large scale transformations.

The AWS Industry Marketing (AIM) supports the account-based marketing, digital, content, campaign and event related marketing programs for 15 industries globally. We work with sales and support teams in dedicated industry business units to meet our customers where they are on their journey to the cloud and in particular drive awareness, perception, and consideration on how AWS can add value beyond enterprise IT in industry-specific workloads. We work with a global network of specialized industry partners to complement our own purpose-built services and industry solutions. The AIM team operates globally and is based in the US, Europe, and APJ (Japan).
