Primary Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the executive and teamTake clear, concise and timely meeting notes distinguishing between essential and non-essential informationProcess expense reports for the executive team and senior team membersAct on behalf of executive with various administrative tasks (i.e. authorizing vacation, authorizing system access, team reminders)Own the onboarding process for all new team membersFacilitate problem solving for the team relating to process, IT and other issues, including liaising with helpdesk and tracking complex insurance rater/system issuesConserve executive's time by being proactive, resourceful, and collaborative with wider organizationMaintain data integrity by ensuring accuracy in various systemsCoordinate and book individual and group hotels/meals/events/activities - including all logistical support and finding appropriate venue options within price range and negotiating with the venueDetermine the important information to organize and present/deliver using various QBE systems, spreadsheets, PowerPoints, pivot tables, chartsCallender management
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Compensation
Base pay offered will vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location and business needs
Annual Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000
