What you\'ll do as a Continuous Improvement Leader:Be the trusted LEAN Champion (Internal Expert) that every person canturn to for support, information and guidance, and who will notcriticize their efforts at change. Create LEAN roadmaps and drivecross-functional LEAN teams to breakthrough Best-in-Class performance inPeople, Quality, Material Flow, Information Flow and Cost Assist indriving a LEAN Manufacturing philosophy throughout the site. Providetraining in LEAN tools and techniques to employees at all levels of theorganization. Facilitate Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement,including joint events with customers, and/or suppliers. Develop andmaintain metrics, scorecards and other indicators to assess theeffectiveness of LEAN activities. Report out on all LEAN activities inboth informal and formal settings that includes all key metrics,improvements and opportunities for the future. Collaborate with otherteam members to share and implement best practices and to assist inimprovement activities. Track and capture cost savings projectsthroughout the organization in order to reach yearly cost savings goal.Assist in Data manipulation functions to help make informed decisions oninventory and operational strategy! Support and improve local and globalsupply chain and operations team?s planning processes. We\'re lookingfor a Continuous Improvement Leader with: Bachelor\'s degree inengineering, manufacturing or related field 5 years in an operationsrole that required significant focus on process improvement and rapidproblem-solving using Lean Knowledge of manufacturing systems, highvolume production, and packaging machinery capabilities Leancertification required.
