Job Description
We hire people over positions, and we are looking for someone who will fit into our rapidly growing transportation division within Unbridled. Unbridled Travel plans and operates Corporate Transportation Programs across the US and Canada. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has strong customer service skills and who understands and has experience in corporate event planning. This person will not be micro-managed, so it is imperative we find someone that can work successfully, accurately, and timely with limited supervision. The ideal candidate for the Transportation Manager role will have a background in hospitality (hotel, 3rd party travel, DMC, or transportation company experience). They will be willing and able to do accounting, administrative work, vendor management and sales (when the opportunities arise). The ideal candidate would be willing to play a consultant role to determine efficient ways to streamline processes and procedures. A sense of humor is also desired and will fit in perfectly with our team!
Successful Candidates will have. the following:
5+ years of hospitality experience to include either hotel, event planning, 3rd party travel, DMC, or transportation company experience
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Office, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines
Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic travel, potential for more if desired)
Must embody the Unbridled Brand & Culture including character, change, credibility and community
Preferred, but not required:
Experience using Cvent or similar system(s)
Strong network within the industry
What you would be doing at Unbridled:
Accounting responsibilities to include:
Billing
Vendor invoicing
Account reconciliations
W9 management
Vendor management to include:
Management of Sourcing and Equipment pricing through Affiliate network
Workbook creation and updates based updated manifests/changes to programs
Liaise between vendors and Unbridled travel
Pull A&D manifests through Air department and format as needed
Source and assign transportation equipment as necessary according to budget and client expectations
Source and assign local staff to ensure proper coverage for transportation events
Administrative responsibilities to include:
Standardize documentations (departure notices, files, arrival information verbiage)
Manage post program correspondence with clients
Coordinate with registration team on attendee reports
Perform regular cross checks with internal departments
Manage and schedule Travel Directors for programs
Develop proposals and budgets as needed

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
