SUPPORT SERVICES GROUP is a multinational company that provides Consulting, BPO, and Contact Center services, with a presence across the globe.
We are looking for a Director of Marketing to work closely with our Global Vice President of Marketing to develop and manage a holistic marketing strategy for SSG.
The ideal candidate has the right blend of expertise in Branding and B2B marketing to help SSG realize aggressive growth. As such, the right candidate will have a proven track record of generating qualified sales leads and be able to explain the strategy behind that success.
More specifically, you will:
Lead the development of our B2B marketing strategy, with heavy emphasis on digital demand generation
Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners on marketing and design requests
Support industry partnerships and events, and the sales team's collateral and presentation needs
Identify ways to improve or enhance marketing team processes
Lead and mentor team of marketers

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing
Seven (7) years in a management role in B2B marketing space.
Five (5) years of experience driving digital demand lead generation
Five (5) years of brand strategy and brand marketing
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Experience working at a (BPO) Business Process Outsourcer
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
Proficiency in social media, web design, SEO, and video production
