Robert Half is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client. We need a professional who can keep tight control of the bottom line while expertly navigating the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution.A customer-first mindset and experience improving online customer experiences, implementing marketing technology solutions, and following inbound marketing practices are also requirements of the job. Do you have strong decision-making and interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented approach? Then we want to hear from you! You will be responsible for planning and implementing digital initiatives that support the sales and marketing strategies of our client. With support from the Marketing Manager, you will oversee the company's brand image and voice through the development of strategies and content across the digital landscape of owned sites, social media, partner platforms and paid media.
Key responsibilities
Help with other project tasks related to print, direct mail and data management as needed
Work with creative and technology vendor partners to meet expectations on brand compliance, deadlines and budget
Own and improve the social media presence of the company
Identify trends and insights with executive leadership and share thought leadership
Constantly improve job knowledge by taking advantage of educational opportunities and reading trade publications
Create and implement digital marketing initiatives based on the sales and marketing strategy to meet objectives in customer acquisition, growth and retention, and reactivation
Prepare reports to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns
Improve user experience by supporting updates of the online customer portal
Discover ways to enhance the company's website through creative landing pages, blog posts and SEO
Own the maintenance of timelines, statuses, and updates for digital projects
Work on new tests and strategies to optimize spend and performance of paid digital campaigns
Develop content that will engage the company's customers and partners

Requirements
Knowledgeable in enhancing the frontline customer journey, driving traffic to a company's main site
Must have experience in both strategic multichannel marketing and maintaining digital brand consistency
Well-informed in SEO/SEM, PPC, Social Media, Email marketing, Digital Ad displays, Retargeting, CRM
An outstanding talent in branding digital brands with strong ROI
Awareness of Content Management System (CMS) & Digital Marketing System (DMS)
Adept in vendor management
Strong collaboration and communication skills
A healthy mix of initiative and skill
