This position is to assist the Project Manager at all levels of a software development project. This support relates to documentation management, document auditing, JIRA support, SDLC, updating relevant artifact such as meeting minutes, and reports This is a growth position and that the candidate is expected to be highly motivated to grow within the organization, find ways to be more valuable to the team, drive business & customer relationships.ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.This position will work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers, QA, and other team members as needed. - Develop strong relationships and ensure close collaboration and communication with owners, decision-makers, influencers, architects, QA, engineers, and other stakeholders, critical to a project's success. - Create and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and vendors; treat them fairly and professionally in all interactions and set an example for others to do the same. - Work with the PM to monitor project data to ensure the project is kept within scope.- Monitor and maintain the sprint cycles; proactively identify and resolve problems, track the status of the sprint on a weekly basis,- Documentation Management: - Assist in creating, organizing, and maintaining project documentation. - Ensure documentation aligns with established standards and guidelines.- Collaborate with team members to gather and compile project-related information.- Document Auditing: - Conduct regular audits of project documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Identify and rectify discrepancies or inconsistencies in documentation.- Work closely with project teams to address any audit findings.- Develop a solid understanding of the SDLC. - Assist in coordinating project activities in alignment with SDLC phases. - Contribute to the improvement of processes within the SDLC framework.- JIRA Support: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Familiarity: - Utilize JIRA for task tracking, project planning, and reporting. - Assist in maintaining JIRA workflows and ensuring accurate data entry.- Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective use of JIRA in project management.- This person must develop a general understanding of what BSNC does in the region and worldwide to be able to speak to our capabilities in interactions with customers.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
