  About the position:

  Processes and schedules web-based advertising on company web sites in addition to interacting with sales representatives and advertisers. Schedules and downloads the electronic advertisements and perform edits, as necessary. Provides client service support to advertisers.

  Collaboration & Interaction: Develops stable working relationships internally. Exchanges standard/basic information with colleagues and immediate supervisor, project leaders and other professionals in the team./group.

  Complexity & Problem Solving: Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Work is reviewed periodically based on a set of defined procedures or precedence. Normally receives general instruction on work and new assignments.

  Knowledge & Application: Learns to use professional concepts. Applies knowledge and basic problem-solving techniques to define and resolve problems. Determines a course of action based on guidelines.

  Responsibilities:

  Manage digital content campaigns across multiple Client programsManage special projects, new merchant/client launches and promotionsEnter and publish content and perform quality assurance on all placement and offer launchesSupport the Sales team in the collection, execution and management of paid placements directly for select merchant accountsCommunicate successes, opportunities, and solutions to Merchant Account OwnersExecute new product and platform upgrades with Product and Engineering teamCollaborate with Merchant Content, Sales, and Marketing Teams to ensure merchant offer accuracy across the Cartera networkResponsible for communicating pertinent information to customer service including changes to the website, email content and campaign specific direct mail pieces

  Skills/Requirements

  Minimum Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or universityAttention to detail & accuracy, adheres to deadlinesStrong communication skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business

  Strong candidates may also have one or more of the following:

  Basic understanding of software developmentExperience in a marketing coordination, QA, content management, or project management role for a retail or consumer website
