Job Description

　　A client in the Nashville. TN area is looking for a Data Business Analyst to join their team. This resource will be assisting with integration efforts and will be focused on 2 main phases- 1) execution and implementation and 2) analysis. This resource will work closely with the project manager to capture writing and defining requirements with the development team. They'll be working with the product team on requirements gathering, project management related to the products, and working with implementation and customer success teams on the customer implementations. They'll be working within the data feeds to handle data mapping (which is where the financial services domain knowledge will come into play). They'll also be leveraged to figure out and validate OKRs then go into jira, build reports and provide solutions and recommendations on how to optimize OKRs.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　3-6 years of Business Analyst/Data Reporting BA/Data BA experience

　　Strong Excel experience (able to run linear regressions, monte carlo analysis, pivotables, etc.)

　　Experience manipulating and working with raw data in Excel, writing and executing raw data queries

　　SQL- MySQL, MS SQL

　　Data warehousing experience

　　Financial/Banking SAAS products

　　Financial industry experience

　　Strong critical thinking, innovative, go-getter who can work and thrive in a high-pace environment

　　Local to Nashville, TN or open to relocating to Nashville, TN - Statistics, quantitative experience null
