  Job Description:

  What You'll Be Doing

  Responsible for order management and system-related work to ensure on time delivery - sales order entries, maintenance, shipment release & inventory management.Responsible for overall customer management as well as handling RMA (customer returns).In close collaboration with Field Sales, Inside Sales (IS), Quote Specialist / Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics.

  What We Are Looking For

  Degree holder and preferably with working experience within electronics components industry.Possess at least one year of experience in a sales administration role or customer service role.Excellent customer service skills and service-oriented mindset.Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, including English & country-specific language, to be able to express ideas with clarity since role requires regular exchange of communication.Advanced computer proficiency level, with good working knowledge for Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot).Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.Skill in prioritizing work & multi-tasking.A proven team player.High energy level with a sense of urgency.'Can do' attitude (self-motivated).Detail oriented.
