　　About the role

　　The EMEA Customer Finance team is responsible for customer credit risk management and collections of our trade receivables. This role is to add to our Customer Finance Analyst talent pool.

　　As a Customer Finance Operational Analyst, you will be responsible for reporting and analyzing on our Credit and Collection operations. Our key Operational metrics need to be supervised and monitored and the most important trends need to be interpreted so that the right decisions are made along the quote to cash process.

　　This role will deliver a critical metric follow up to management for information and decision making, propose areas of improvements and help to meet our

　　Customer Finance key targets (Cash Flow, DSO, CECL).

　　You will also contribute to the Project Management area and the process review and improvement.

　　Main responsibilities will include:

　　Follow up on the day-to-day Operations of Customer Finance. This will include looking at overdue trends, ICEI, monitoring of our automated collection strategy. The goal is to leverage on the identified trends and the process gaps to propose tangible solutions and improvements to be implemented.Responsible of implementing and monitoring our Collection Strategy in Cora (our Collection management tool) and the maintenance needed around it.Partner closely with the Genpact Collection team and facilitate the interactions we have with them. You will also be in contact with the BD Management to present the progress and the status on the SLA.Compliance for the Genpact scope / ReviewParticipating in the project(s) to be a part of the implementation of new business developments and ensure requirements from a Customer Finance perspective are considered.

　　About you

　　From you, we expect very good Excel skills with the ability to crunch data and prepare dashboards (Power BI will be an advantage) as well as Project Management skills. You would need 2-3 years of practical experience in a multinational Finance environment and being proficient in English is a must!

　　Apart from that, we are looking for:

　　Minimum bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Administration, or Language.Being a great teammate.Strong analytical, planning and project management skills to combine different things at the same time.Drive for results, customer orientation, and an eye for innovation.Excellent communication skills (needs to be able to discuss with higher management).
