Job Description

　　An employer based out of the Litchfield Park, AZ area is looking for 4 Construction Superintendents to join their team. This person will be responsible for managing sub contractors, safety aspects, cost estimates, scheduling, and timelines. They will be working primarily on commercial projects but could support residential and industrial projects too. This person will also be interacting with customers to give updates on timelines and budget.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　-2-4 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent

　　-2-4 years supporting commercial projects

　　-Ability to manage sub contractors, scheduling, & safety aspects

　　-Experience managing large projects null
