Job Description
A client in the integrated AV systems industry is looking for a Service Technician local to the New York Metropolitan area. The Service Tech will be responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of integrated AV hardware on a commercial scale. Eligible candidates must be comfortable commuting to job sites throughout the Northeast (i.e. NY, NJ, CT, PA, MA, etc.), performing maintenance activities under pressure with quick turnaround times and must be have strong communication skills.
Skills and Requirements
3+ years' AV hardware technician experience
Commercial level service/troubleshooting experience with AV equipment and virtual meeting rooms
Valid drivers' license and has ability to travel as needed to client sites in the Northeast territory (i.e. NY, NJ, CT, PA, MA, etc.)
Strong communication skills and ability to de-escalate situations in real-time CTS, CTS-I, Avixa or other manufacturers certifications null
