Description
The Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator assists the Clinical Research Coordinator, Senior Clinical Research Coordinator and Principal Investigator in contributing to the overall operational management of clinical research/trial/study activities. The Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator recognizes and performs necessary tasks to assist the Clinical Research Coordinator, Senior Clinical Research Coordinator and Principal Investigator in managing projects and prioritizing work to meet necessary deadlines. The Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator will support the Clinical Research Coordinator, Senior Clinical Research Coordinator and Principal Investigator in planning and organizing necessary tasks to ensure adherence to the study protocol and applicable regulations.
*This is a full-time limited appointment that may convert to career.
Salary Range: $26.29 - $42.28 HourlyQualifications
Required:
Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks with thoroughness and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport, and build relationships
Strong organizational capabilities
Skills sufficient to solve problems and identify solutions
Ability to adapt to changing job demands and priorities; work flexible hours to accommodate research deadlines

Ability to concentrate and focus in a work environment that contains distracting stimuli and competing deadlines
Ability to be flexible in handling work delegated by more than one individual
Typing and computer skill/ability including word-processing, use of spreadsheets, email, data entry
Ability to navigate numerous software programs and applications
Ability to handle confidential material information with judgement and discretion
Skill in coordinating information transfer among multiple constituents
