　　Coating Specialist, Cedar Falls, Iowa

　　Starting Pay Rate: $18.44, with 10% shift differential.

　　2 nd Shift, 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., 12:00 a.m. overtime. Must be flexible on Weekends.

　　As a Coating Specialist, you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!

　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Manually moves product with hands from coating line to coating station, as applicable.Turns valves and observes gauges to set pressure and to control flow of paint.Adjusts thermostats to maintain specified temperatures.Inspects painted samples for unacceptable quality defects and adjusts settings as needed to correct.Readjusts pressure valves to control direction and pattern of spray and to correct flaws in coating.Hand sprays parts to cover unpainted areas or apply rust preventative if applicable.Participates in problem solving and process improvement to correct failures, to meet customer commitments, or plant metrics and performance.Promotes and utilizes 5-S standards for the line to improve efficiency, cleanliness, and safety.Qualifications

　　Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.Ability to work overtime as needed.About Us:
