You will observe each of your branch\'s performance, andfigure out how the branch manager can improve this performance. When youidentify opportunities for improvement, you will work to implementsolutions yourself, but you will also teach the branch manager to do so.Your contact won\'t be limited to branch managers, though. Everyemployee at a branch will benefit from your attention. Just as yourbranch managers will train, ride along with and audit their specialists,so will you. This gives you the opportunity to not only provide personalsupport and guidance but to ensure the effectiveness of the branchmanager\'s methods.
