　　Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican (http://dhmf.org/dominican) is seeking a team oriented, Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join our collegial practice in Santa Cruz, CA. We are a multi-specialty group with more than 100 physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners that is a physician led and patient centered organization. We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital (http://dominicanhospital.org/) and aligned with one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the nation and the largest hospital system in California.

　　Practice Highlights:

　　Mixed practice: 1st Assist and clinic pre-ops and post-ops

　　Practice with collaborative and collegial Orthopedic Surgeon

　　Open to new graduates with an interest in Orthopedics and performing procedures

　　Ability to take 1:7 call, including nights and weekends

　　Compensation/Benefits Include:

　　Compensation Range*:

　　NP: $126,861 - $143,084

　　PA: $134,098 - $150,190

　　Productivity bonus, sign on bonus and relocation assistance
