　　Responsibilities

　　Work within tight tolerance ranges with a high level of precision and attention to detail

　　Understanding of programming with the ability to make necessary adjustments at start up to produce nominal parts.

　　Possess the ability to interpret part drawing and GD & T requirements.

　　Must have solid understanding of inspection and gauging techniques utilizing measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, plug and ring gauges.

　　Possess a mechanical ability and aptitude to perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on Tornos Deco, Tornos ST-26, Star, and Citizen B-12 CNC Swiss Machines

　　Understanding of tooling required for the CNC processes.

　　Make complete set up including loading of program, checking, and positioning of fixtures and cutting tools, and offset programming adjustments.

　　The essential functions of this role include:
