In the Senior Talent Development Consultant position,you\'ll play a vital role in developing the talent we need to accelerateour organizational transformation and drive business growth. As a keymember of the Talent Development team, you will design and lead programsto develop high-potential talent and strengthen our leadership pipeline.You will also be responsible for designing and implementing learningprograms and customized learning solutions to build the critical skillsand competencies our Partners need for the future. Competencies & SkillsNeeded: Invests in Development - Actively develops talent across ourcompany through learning content creation, talent program design andimplementation, and learning creation with a lens of skills of thefuture across the organization; Seeks new ways to develop and bechallenged; Regularly seeks and applies feedback. Deals with Ambiguity -Drives action on projects and programs when the path forward isuncertain and mobilizes others to act; Persists in accomplishingobjectives despite obstacles and setbacks; Consistently takes initiativeand achieves results, even under tough circumstances. InfusesTechnology - Seeks out and adopts innovations in technology and learningformats and channels; Readily learns and applies new technologies inrelevant ways. Ability to consult and collaborate with stakeholders anddesign relevant talent and learning solutions. Applies data, technology,and AI to uncover learning and talent insights and drive efficiency.Experience partnering with learning solutions vendorsto designcustomized development experiences. Proven experience facilitating smalland large group development sessions. Ability to scope, design, andimplementlearning curriculum, curated learning paths, and customizedlearning solutions. What You\'ll Do and Impact: Design and lead talentdevelopment programs to develop emerging leaders and address key talentneeds, including our Emerging Leaders and Advanced Development Programs.Lead our Rotational Development Program to prepare high-potential talentfor business leadership roles and manage senior leader stakeholders.Design and implement new talent and learning programs to bridge talentneeds and key skill gaps to accelerate change and transformation. Ownour Partner development learning portfolio, including our full offeringsof curated on-demand learning paths, learning experiences andinstructor-led sessions aligned to Direct Supply Competencies and keyskills. Advance and evolve our AI & Tech Skill learning program toupskill Partners and leaders with the skills needed to apply AI and newtechnologies within their business to impact change and...
