Where the Chemistry Happens…
As a Campus Relations Specialist, you will be a key member of the Agricultural Solutions Collegiate Relations & Early Talent Development team. You will be responsible for planning and managing recruitment initiatives for the Summer Intern and Professional Development Programs as well as collaborating with key BASF team members on engagements with Universities and Agriculture Partner Organizations.
In addition, you will liaise with our analytics team to provide critical insights to inform and influence university recruiting, hiring philosophies and candidate assessment practices.

Formula for Success: You Will…
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internships, graduate rotational program, and other university relations programs to ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience.
Screen and interview candidates to identify those that will be the best fit for the organization and position.
Lead University and College recruiting events such as Career Fairs, On-Campus Interviews, Information Sessions, Resume Workshops, Practice Interviews, etc. (requires some weekends and evenings during campus recruiting cycle)
Train and coordinate BASF leaders, recruiting teams and student ambassadors that support campus outreach efforts.
Use data to evaluate recruiting process and provide recommendations on how to better attract, recruit and retain a diverse career talent pipeline.
Manage university programming including: student on-boarding, digital and in-person events, mentorship, learning and development.
Build and maintain learning and development programming across onboarding, continued education, career development, assignment lead training, and skill development for program participants.
Build meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders.
Support program management processes including rotations, placements, and mentoring and development.
Establish and maintain a BASF Agricultural Solutions student scholarship program, as directed by the local business.
Collaborate cross functionally with business stakeholders to tailor all student temporary recruitment programs that align with strategic staffing needs. Proactively liaise with third party vendor(s) on the recruitment process to maintain consistent and impactful brand narrative and employer image on campus.
Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…
Successful completion of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources or other relevant program.
Ability to engage and interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated strength in prioritizing multiple projects in a rapidly changing environment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
Experience with MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems. (Success Factors preferred)
3-5 years of experience in the Early Talent, recruiting/sourcing and/or program management, preferably in a large corporate environment.
Exposure to social media and branding campaigns to promote early talent programs.
