  Your role:

  Imagine yourself as part of the "new client welcome committee" ...but with a twist. On our implementation team, you'll onboard new clients and get them comfortable using our products and services. The goal is simple: Make sure our products and services deliver and exceed client expectations. We're with you every step of the way through our award-winning training programs and world-class service guidelines. As a consultant, you will be responsible to error free configuration of payroll application and other associated reports as per clients' requirement within the stipulated time as per the overall project plan.

  What you'll do:

  Validation of data received from the client.

  Understands client specific process from the functional consultant and configure payroll application as per the specifications.

  Prepare the data received from the client to be processed in payroll application.

  Upload the master and one-time data into payroll application.

  Understands client report requirements from the functional consultant and configure payroll application as per the specifications.

  Work with the IT team for configuration of custom bank file, general ledger file, pay slips and other customized reports.

  Reconfigure the payroll application as per feedback received from the client.

  Work closely with the Functional consultant and the Run team to ensure error free delivery during the parallel run and Go Live.

  Ensure timely delivery of bank file, general ledger file, pay slips and other customized reports to the run team.

  Adheres to all policies and procedures.

  Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of information at all times.

  Ensuring they are familiar with and comply with information security policies and standards that relate to their work.

  Qualifications you'll need:

  Experience:

  Minimum 3 year's experience in Malaysia payroll processing.

  Having knowledge of both Payroll & Income is an added advantage.

  Competent in MS Word / Excel

  Knowledge in preparing concise document.

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
