The Workforce Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business and technology. They are responsible for ensuring that IT systems and solutions align with the organization's strategic objectives and contribute to its success. The Workforce BSA will collaborate with IT and Business stakeholders to define and validate complex business solutions, develop application strategies, and maintain healthy business relationships.

Job Responsibilities:Functional subject matter expert for Workforce Software Time and AttendanceAbility to unravel complex Union Bargaining Agreements and clearly translate into pay rules within Workforce.Conduct requirements analysis to understand business needs and challenges.Design and document system solutions, including process flows, data models, and user interfaces.Document user stories and acceptance criteria that captures intended product behavior and user experience in sufficient detail for downstream activities.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure solutions meet requirements. Obtain key inputs from Enterprise Architecture, CyberSec, and InfoSec teams to identify solution technical requirements and interdependencies.Develop and implement testing plans that align with acceptance criteria to ensure system functionality.Create and maintain system documentation, when necessaryRecommend and implement system upgrades and enhancements.Stay up-to-date on new technologies and trends in business systems analysis.Work closely with Product Owner and Development resourcesManage ongoing relationships with business partners to drive satisfaction with IT.Facilitate creative problem-solving sessions.Other duties as assigned.

Business Partnering and Collaboration:Building strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders on IT-related matters.Communicating complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.Facilitating workshops and training sessions to promote understanding of new systems and processes.
Knowledge Sharing and Training:Sharing best practices and lessons learned with the team.Developing and delivering training programs for new and existing BAs.Staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.Participating in professional development activities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Education and Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Seven (7) years of related experience.
