About Business Management Operations Manager

  Key Responsibilities

  Manage the order fulfillment process from forecast, manufacturing slot request, booking closure and shipment for multiple customers or regions.

  Escalate to Account Team management as needed to resolve booking or revenue issues. Report on status of commitments including forecasts, tool issues, customer issues, and source inspections to Customer(s).

  Initiate customer requested inside lead-time change requests for approvals

  Prepare and execute demand planning reviews; size factory build plan for future customer orders

  Manage employees and budget for multiple customers or regions

  Recommend and implement business process improvements to increase efficiency

  Manage special projects and key customer initiatives as required

  U.S. Salary Range:

  $136,000.00 - $187,000.00

  The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

  For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
