About Business Development Director - (B6)

  Key Responsibilities

  Provide business leadership and expertise to the IMS technical team

  Utilize and scale internal organization business processes and tools

  Align and communicate business opportunity sizing and revenue tracking to Acct Teams, BUs and other functional groups in Applied

  Manage Executive customer engagements, responsible for customer-Applied business framework agreements

  Identify and solve organizational structure gaps or limits

  Reporting business status to top Applied execs

  Manage allocated resources from other organizations to achieve IMS program objectives

  Functional Knowledge

  Recognized as “guru” or external expert in a function

  Demonstrates broad and comprehensive expertise in leading-edge theories, techniques and/or technologies within own field

  Business Expertise

  Influences internal/external business and/or regulatory issues that have an impact on the businessLeadership

  Leads highly visible multidisciplinary project teams or initiatives; provides thought leadershipProblem Solving

  U.S. Salary Range:

  $184,000.00 - $253,000.00

  The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

  For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
