　　Building Performance Standards Coordinator:This is where you come in.

　　We’re looking for a Building Performance Coordinator to be responsible for effectively supporting the MacDonald-Miller Building Services sales departments, with a specific concentration in building performance standards for Washington and Oregon. You will be expected to demonstrate a sincere desire to serve our internal and external customers and solve problems independently using established channels and processes. You will assist our Building Performance Standards Team in information gathering, customer outreach, and compliance submission preparation. 　　Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:

　　Meet all reporting and sales document request deadlines.

　　Maintain a comprehensive records management system.

　　Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external customers, conducting timely follow-up and communication regarding outstanding proposals/requests.

　　Administrative coordination to include CRM management, ownership of sales process, and proactive maintenance of the Clean Buildings deliverables, including sales collateral, contracts, and other customer-facing documents.

　　The Building Performance Standards Coordinator role reports to Natalie Crump – Sales Operations Manager on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

　　A track record of being proactive and self-motivated; able to consistently set goals, meet deadlines, and embrace change with a drive for process improvement.

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

　　Expertise leveraging excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively and present complex information in a clear manner.

　　Minimum four years of prior administrative experience in a corporate setting.
