　　For Qualification: All sterile critical equipment qualification knowledge.

　　Person in each shift required for Dispensing / Manufacturing / Autoclave and TS area for smooth operation and execution of Initial media fill runs, engineering batches followed by routine commercial batches.

　　Person in each shift required for Filling area (including vials washing, Tunnel, filling) and Filtration area for smooth operation and execution of Initial media fill runs, engineering batches followed by routine commercial batches.

　　person in each shift required for visual inspection and packing activity.

　　Person in each shift required to monitor the activity.

　　person required for batch record compilation, review and closure.
