Overview
Main purpose of the role:
The Strategic Partner Management Analyst supports the Strategic Relationship Management Capability, which is built to align PepsiCo IT's Strategic Partners to PepsiCo priorities and expectations. This capability is also responsible for developing materials that provide a holistic view to PepsiCo IT Senior leadership on how IT strategic Partners are delivering their services across Global and Sector organizations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT sourcing strategies and vendor portfolio management. The main accountabilities of this role are:Supporting ongoing Strategic Partner Management Process implementation and optimizationWorking with Sector & Global IT stakeholders and providing insights/reporting for IT Strategic Partner Portfolio Management.Support the team in onboarding internal / external stakeholders on the SBR programAssist in the creation and maintenance of vendor profiles for PepsiCo's Strategic PartnersWork/collaborate with internal & external stakeholders in agenda shaping to ensure successful SBR deliveriesSupport the team in establishing efficient guidelines and processes to manage PepsiCo's IT strategic relationships with partnersTrack the action items from each SBR and work /collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to drive the action items to closureDevelop monthly status reports for the senior leadershipExecute Integrated scorecard, for Strategic Partners, and derive actionable insights at a defined cadenceGather data from multiple data sources/tools and process the data to calculate the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)Work with the tool owners/respective stakeholders for any discrepancies / understanding of the dataAssist in definition, refinement, and consistent reporting of KPIs to PEP IT senior leadership

Years of Experience:
4-year college degree or commensurate work experience2 - 3 years of experience in Vendor Relationship Management, IT Governance or Procurement areas2 - 3 years of experience in IT environment (preferable)1 - 2 years in Contract Management
