The Procurement Strategy & Ins i ght s Team is a team, serving as the nerve centre of the Unilever global procurement organization, enabling the procurement organization to design and deliver step-change across value chains, operating processes and tools, and business models. This team is responsible for : Sensing, incubating, and enabling innovative ideas, new business models, and transformation programs for disruptive value creation across procurement teams Creating and implementing standardized processes and data-driven decision making to ease operating effectiveness and drive better and faster out co m es Developing and enabling procurement strategies with respective network VPs and portfolio and market teams based on strategic insights Identifying , scaling, and spreading best practices across the global procurement organization, within and across teams Facilitating rapid lea rning, capability development, and future-fit upskilling of our peopleMAIN JOB PURPOSE To be a healthy forward-looking challenger , as well as a partner to the UPLT , prov ok ing and bring ing new thinking. With the following key activities: Drive the Transformation projects agenda in an agile manner, working closely with UPLT, Head of S&I external partners and head of Procurement Finance. Aligned with the portfolio strategies , support to drive s tatistics and guidance for joint buying app lying exp ertise and the newly created playbooks, incorporating best-in-class solutions . Drive the Insights creation from available data , based on a good understanding of the data architecture and guiding the mining process. Support Joint Buying Squad to drive value generation , upskilling capabilities of the procurement team to identify better joint buying opportunities , enabling and leveraging external partners/platforms to help us to maximize the value D rive and support the digitalization journey of Joint Buying , lea d ing ana l y t i c s and creating opportunity dashboards to s upport procurement teams Support performance m ana gement , monitoring and reporting activities working closely with S&I LT and finance.KEY INTERACTIONS

Guide the Transformation projects agenda in an agile manner, working closely with UPLT, Head of S&I and head of Procurement Finance. Transformation projects agenda in S&I works across several portfolios, and closely co-ordinated with Procurement Finance, CPO and UPLT members. Co- lea d the program and its components, drive stakeholder conversations and cr eate data based insights for opportunities. S c o ut newest market trend and technology of Procurement & Supply Chain functions in multi- industries, and co nvert into new transformation projects as new capability building into the organization. Develop playbook for joint buying assessment and ex pertise improvement programs by Procurement portoflios . Co -ordinate closely with Head of S&I, and Transformation projects lea d s Lea d the Insights creation from available data , based on a good understanding of the data architecture and guiding the mining process Develops the data mining approach, together with the Digital Strategy team, to un co ver valuable business insights that can be transformed into actionable plans Ana l y ses data to seek trends, patterns, anomalies, and findings that drive useful business insights Translates data into insights by dis co vering, creating, testing, and validating hypotheses with the portfolio sourcing teams, co m municating the insights and working with the sourcing teams to develop and execute strategies that leverage these insights Sup port and drive joint buying agenda, co operating with the squad, external partners , S&I lea d s and finance and digital team. Develop creative approach for opportunity identification for joint buying.
