　　Roles & Responsibilities Partnering closely with ASM/DE & Apsara team to ensure monthly sales plan & key priorities in Apsara channel are well delivered on timeLeading brilliant in-store execution through impactful in-store visibility & full placement of Unilever productsBusiness partnering with all Unilever functions by giving expertise and problem solving for every single issue related to the Apsara programProviding feedback and conducting field coaching to Apsara Supervisors, Apsara ladies & key-related stakeholders to ensure the continuous improvement of the Apsara programInitiating new concepts & maximizing the growth opportunity in the Apsara channelAct as a bridge between Apsara execution team and Unilever leadership team/3rd party agenciesRequirement: Having a high passion for growthHaving strong communication & presentation skillsExpertise in Ms. Excel and PowerPointPositive mindset and be a team playerHaving innovation mindsetHaving great mentoring and coaching skillsEnglish proficiencyProject management experience is a plusAble to travel to provinces HOW TO APPLY?
