If so, the Fulfillment Experience Organization is looking for a Program Manager that will be primarily responsible for the end-to-end program management of the deployment, implementation and launch of the tactical programs and processes that make up some of Amazon's most strategic logistical initiatives. Candidates for the Program Manager role must be capable of diving deep into data while simultaneously thinking big. The candidate must be able to communicate and influence leadership of cross-functional teams.
This position requires significant expertise and high judgment to distill diverse inputs from large customer segments and stakeholders to set a vision and design the right long-term solution. Ability to understand complex data, diving deep through various information sources, and working closely with worldwide engineers, technology partners and local/regional operations teams to rapidly iterate and deliver solutions. Successful candidates must thrive in fast-paced environments which encourage collaborative and creative problem solving to handle significantly complex problems/efforts, decisions, and escalations.
Key job responsibilities
Lead critical projects and planning cycles that power Mexico operations to deliver fast, economical, and reliable transportation for customer shipments
Partner with internal Product & Program Managers to refine planning, tools, and processes, and drive the future roadmap for Mexico connectivity planning
Improve performance to plan by identifying, measuring and managing key metrics related to Amazon Fulfillment process improvement and standardization of processes across all sites in the network.
Pull and report data from numerous databases (using Excel, Tableau, SQL and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
Participate in long term planning and modeling sessions
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Experience defining and executing program requirements

Basic Qualifications
7+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
7+ years of supply chain experience
7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
7+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience
Bachelor's degree
English b2- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with a supply chain software/tool such as, but no limited to, Llamasoft, SAP APO, Manugistics
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
