Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Admissions and Communications Coordinator in St Louis Earnings Tx, Missouri, 63103-2541, United States. In this role, you will be working closely with the Admissions Department of a Healthcare University, handling a variety of tasks ranging from responding to student inquiries to scheduling campus tours and assisting with recruitment events.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential students through various communication channels, both on campus and virtually.
• Respond to and categorize student inquiries, distinguishing between genuine and non-genuine leads.
• Schedule campus tours for interested students.
• Assist in the recruitment process through participation in events, which may require occasional travel.
• Maintain and update the database of potential students effectively.
• Assist with reception duties as necessary, managing walk-ins and leads for the Admissions Department.
• Communicate as needed with other departments within the campus.
• Be available for extensive phone outreach during evenings and weekends.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
• Utilize a leads platform to manage daily calls and follow-ups. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is a must for managing email communications and scheduling.
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls is required for communicating with prospective students and stakeholders.
• Ability to answer inquiries effectively and professionally, providing accurate information to prospective students and their families.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are necessary for data management and report generation.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Administration is essential for managing student records and tracking communications. TalentMatch®
