Overview:

　　Job Title:Logistics Manager

　　Location:Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD

　　Security Clearance: Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance is acceptable)

　　Requisition Type:Funded

　　Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　The Logistics Manager shall oversee the shipping and delivery of procured assets for this contract and assist with any logistical issues.

　　Demonstrated understanding of consumer goods industry.

　　Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software.

　　Must enable maintenance and warranty repair.

　　Manage equipment spares.

　　Handle packaging and shipping (inbound and outbound).

　　Process commercial shipments (FedEx/DHL) both CONUS and OCONUS.

　　Familiarity with Schedul B, HTS, ECCN classifications.

　　Generate shipping documentation for domestic and international freight.

　　Ensure compliance with industry requirements for all inbound and outbound freight.

　　Monitor all freight movements for any interruptions until delivery.

　　Maintain maintenance action tracking and status update.

　　Maintain equipment asset tracking and warranty status.

　　Mantain shipping/receiving records in accordance with company policies and goverment regulations.

　　Manage equipment repair turnaround time as per the PWS.

　　Able to manage time effectively.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　A minimum two (2) years of field logistical experience. Desired Qualifications:

　　Deltek CostPoint knowledge desired.

　　HAZMAT certified desired.

　　Education:

　　Bachelor's degree in Business Administraton or related field preferred, OR an Associate’s degree plus 7 total years of recent specialized experience, OR 11 total years of recent specialized experience. Trace Systems
