  Job Description

  The role

  Checkout.com is actively looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful Account Management Associate to work as part of an account team to look after our customers. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the most successful FinTech companies at a turning point of its global expansion.

  You will be supporting the Senior Account Manager and the wider Account Management team to handle customers and act as one of the main points of contact for day-to-day queries, provide data-driven insights and collaborate on many team projects. You will act as the voice of our product and ambassador of our brand by helping the account team with QBRs, road mapping, and data analysis.

  The key for success here will be the ability to utilize our business savvy knowledge and the required gravitas to effectively communicate and influence at all levels to achieve win-win scenarios and promote the company value proposition. The ideal incumbent is an independent, high-achieving individual, able to stand out in an entrepreneurial environment and excel through self-motivation and personal drive.

  How you’ll make an impact

  Building high touch, consultative and strong alliances with our merchants through regular and open communicationsAnalyze merchant’s performance and provide recommendations to improve the payment flow /revenueDelivering expertise, education, and guidance to merchants as they craft and complete a comprehensive, global payments strategy.Tracking merchant project results and ensure merchant activities are updated within SalesforceUnderstanding the intricacies of our products, services, and partner networks thoroughly to demonstrate as needed to meet our merchants’ needsCollaborating with various teams (e.g. Sales, Legal, Integration, Support) across the company to ensure a first-class merchant experienceSharing ideas and feedback on local trends including competitor insights, customer needs, sales, product, and marketing informationTake a proactive approach on customer service items and problem-solving Qualifications What we’re looking for

  1+ years experience in a B2B Account Management, Relationship Management or Customer Success role in the FinTech and/or Payments industry and/or e-commerce/previous merchant experienceOutstanding analytical skillsGood knowledge of today’s major e-commerce and payments technologies, players, and major up-and-coming trendsCustomer-focused and able to establish a robust relationship with the assigned customer baseDynamic approach adapting to changing requirements with the ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrentlyExceptional communication and negotiation skillsDegree educated or equivalent Additional Information Apply without meeting all requirements statement
