Zund Operator

　　Description:

　　The Zund operator will be running a digital die cutter. They will be setting up and operating the machine, loading paper, card stock, cardboard, etc. They are looking for someone that brings character and passion to their growing team. The essential job duties will be to own the work that goes in and out of their printing machine. They are responsible for the flow of products being packaged to being shipped out. They are an organizer, they want someone is always looking for ways to improve quality and efficiency. They will be helping to set up and tear down jobs to get product out the door in a timely fashion

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Preferred 1+ Year of production experience or leadership experience, and has a desire to grow and work with others in a team environment

　　Production experience (Not required, but strongly preferred)

　　Strong communication skills and willingness to work with the team

　　Shift:

　　2 DIFFERENT SHIFTS (IMPORTANT) Candidates will rotate the different days of the week every 4 months. EX. Work Sun-Tues for 4 months, then work Wed-Fri for 4 months and so on.

　　Sunday- Tuesday 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am (36 hours) on call every other Saturday for OT if needed x 1

　　Wednesday-Friday 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am (36 hours) on call every other Saturday for OT if needed. x1

　　Overtime for this position starts after 36 hours worked.
