  We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Cybersecurity Risk Analyst to join our Danaher Cybersecurity Risk Management team. The ideal candidate will show strengths in areas critical to identifying, assessing, and mitigating cybersecurity risks across our organization. The ideal candidate will be able to illustrate capabilities needed to collaborate with others in solving complex problems, use of sophisticated analytical thought to exercise cybersecurity judgement, and identification of innovative solutions to potential risks. This individual will excel at communicating difficult concepts and negotiating with others to adopt innovative views.

  Primary Responsibilities

  Lead functional teams with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity in conducting comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments to validate and monitor our current cybersecurity risk posture,

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand inherited risks and implement cybersecurity risk mitigation strategies,

  Identify internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve related cybersecurity processes or services,

  Develop and maintain cybersecurity risk management documentation, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards, and

  Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats to contribute insight and evaluations toward proactive cyber-defense strategies.

  Qualifications

  Bachelor of Science degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology (IT), or a related field,

  7 years of experience using specialized breadth/depth of expertise in an IT/data related field, demonstrating proven experience of meeting IT regulatory cybersecurity requirements,

  Exceptional and demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills that exemplify NIST-based cybersecurity best practices,

  Foundational understanding of the intricate and networked cybersecurity controls and standard frameworks such as ISO and NIST, and

  Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

  Preferred Qualifications

  Experience developing and maintaining cybersecurity control artifacts showing objective evidence of risk management, continuous monitoring, and maintenance of security requirements,

  Experience in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, desktop procedures, and similar standard process documentation,

  Experience in managing cybersecurity related data, including understanding and mitigating risk in the compounding relationships as data is amassed, and

  Experience and applicable career history in proven learning agility.

  The salary range for this role is $120K-$150K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

  This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. #L1-WT1; #LI-Remote
