  Job Description

  The Zone Head is expected to provide inputs and recommendations to the overall agency distribution strategy. The role will also lead, manage and develop the Zone in Metro Manila and parts of Luzon (Zone 9) in line with the corporate objectives and vision.

  Responsibilities

  Develop and effectively execute strategies and action plans to meet the objectives of the Distribution Channel.

  Ensure annual sales, manpower, active agent count, and conservation targets are met.

  Ensure agency training and competence requirements of staff and agencies under the Zone are fulfilled.

  Build and maintain a professional and ethical agency force at the Sector level, in line with regulatory, industry and company standards.

  Develop a strong team and establish succession plan within the Sector.

  Prepare and manage the Zone Budget and monitor the same and ensure effective and efficient use of the company resources.

  Establish systems, processes and procedures for the effective and efficient management of the agencies within the Sector.

  Provide inputs to other agency sales departments in order to formulate effective agency development programs and initiatives as well as policies and procedures.

  Drive ownership and proper execution of the sales risk line1A function within the Zone being handled.

  Execute and implement projects related to agency development which may be assigned from time to time.

  What we are looking for

  Graduate of bachelor's degree

  Four years or more relevant experience in business development and agency management preferably in a life insurance setting

  Has held key positions relevant to the requirement of the job

  Ability to develop and execute sound business plans

  Proven leadership skills

  Excellent management skills

  High sense of business ethics and professionalism

  Strong business and financial acumen

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
