　　This two-year program offers high-potential, early-career associates with challenging functional rotations partnered with comprehensive learning and developmental experiences that strengthen their skills and prepare them for the Supply Chain of the future.

　　Global Supply Chain (GSC) Track Fast Facts:

　　Rotation cycles start in Winter and Summer annually.

　　Three, 8-month long rotations over two years giving SLPs exposure to our different businesses and how we work as one global team, united around delivering common goals that will support the future growth of Stanley Black & Decker.

　　Build core professional skills and competencies in Supply Chain Manufacturing, Planning, and Procurement.

　　Multiple touchpoints & networking with our dedicated Program Team, SLP Peers, C-Suite Executives, SLP Alumni, and GSC Leadership & Business Partners.

　　Upon successful performance, support is provided with post-program placement into roles that continue to demand excellence and leadership skills.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Analytics/Planning, Environmental Sustainability, or other related majors.

　　Minimum of one internship experience in a Supply Chain related role.

　　Recent graduates or early career professionals with a minimum of 1 Supply Chain related internship and less than 2 years of professional experience (including internship/co-op experiences).

　　Willing to relocate to business locations within the same region.

　　Demonstrated leadership values & behaviors, and core professional skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, learning agility, and accountability.

　　Passion and curiosity for function and industry.

　　Ability to effectively communicate ideas and build relationships.

　　Software/Program experience preferred, but not required: Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, DeepHow, Tulip.

　　Must show proof of citizenship and/or legal work authorization within the region/country where you are applying.

　　English proficiency – native or bilingual fluency
